Environmental services for business

We develop the complete set of environmental design documentation: the Environmental Impact Assessment (ОВОС), the 'Environmental Protection' section (РООС), and the maximum permissible emission (НДВ, formerly ПДВ) and discharge (НДС, formerly ПДС) limit projects. We run the calculations, substantiate the limits and support their approval with the authorised bodies.

Result: An approved set of design documentation

We develop a project substantiating the size and boundaries of the sanitary protection zone: the calculated (preliminary) one at the design stage and the final one based on field measurements. A СЗЗ project is mandatory for enterprises engaged in production activity. We prepare the substantiation and support its approval with the sanitary and epidemiological service.

We carry out an inventory of stationary emission sources: we identify and catalogue the sources and determine the list and quantity of pollutants. The results form the basis of the НДВ projects and the enterprise's permit and reporting documentation.

We inventory the enterprise's waste, determine its types, hazard class and component composition, and develop and formalise the waste passports. We prepare the documents to meet the requirements for waste accounting and handling.

We develop an industrial environmental control (ПЭК) programme tailored to the specific enterprise: we define the control points and their frequency, the list of indicators, and the procedure for monitoring emissions and the state of the environment in line with the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We develop a waste management programme: the procedure for accumulating, accounting for, storing, processing and transferring waste at the enterprise. Under the new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this programme has replaced the former ПНООЛР.

We take on all of the enterprise's environmental reporting: reports on emissions, waste and the fee for the adverse environmental impact (НВОС), as well as statistical reports related to environmental protection. We keep a calendar of deadlines and file on time, with no fines or claims.

We support obtaining the integrated environmental permit (КЭР): we prepare the application and supporting materials, including on the best available techniques (BAT/НДТ), and manage the approval from submission to receipt of the permit.
